HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

It is quick and easy as 1,2,3

1- Select the service you want carefully for example:

• Single service (for example photography only)

• Single service plus an ADDS-ON (for example Photography, plus 2D Floor Plans)

• Marketing Combo only (Check Marketing Combos options)

• Marketing Combo plus ADDS-ON (for example Full Combo plus Community Amenities)

2- Once you have decided which service fit your listing needs, send us an Email, Text (easier and faster), or Call Us directly to check availability.

3- And finally, if there is availability, then we can set the date and schedule it.

WHAT CAN I TELL THE HOMEOWNER TO GET READY FOR THE PHOTO DAY?

We will send you a “Photo Day Guide” (PDF), then you can print and give it to your client and get ready. You will see a check list and tips.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ON "PHOTO DAY"?

If is just photos, we can completed in about 45-90 minutes. Sometimes it takes longer depending on the property size or how many other services you requested.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MEDIA?

• All photos (Ground and Aerial) in 24 hours.

• All Videos (Ground or aerial) in 48 hours.

• Virtual Tours 24-48 hours.

• Virtual Staging within 48 hours.

• 2D Floors Plans (just floors plans) in 24 hours.

• Flayer Design within 24 hours.

AFTER I GOT MY LISTING WEBSITE DELIVERED, CAN I MAKE CHANGES?

Yes you can. You will have your own log in to make adjustments to your listing website by yourself in minutes such as schedule an open house, price change etc.

CAN I REQUEST AERIAL PHOTOS OR VIDEO ANYWHERE I WANT?

The short answer is NO, our drone pilots are certified by the FAA and there are regulations and restrictions by the government, and they are very well aware of these airspace regulations. If your property listing is located very close to an airport, a military base or near a high voltage tower, etc., our pilots have to verify if it is possible to fly the drone or not according to the regulations of that specific area.

DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE OR OTHER THINGS AROUND?

The short answer is no. Our photographers are instructed to go just do their job. Also because of the COVID-19 we encourage our photographers to do not touch anything unless is absolutely necessary.

DO YOU REQUIRE THE REALTOR TO BE PRESENT?

As the listing agent, you are free to be present but no require. You can just go and open the property to the photographer and no worries, we will make sure everything is left the same way we found it.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours prior to the “Photo Day”. If you cancel with less than 24 hours prior to the “Photo Day” a $75.00 cancellation fee will be apply.

Of course we know weather can change, or last minute emergency can occurs, in this case we can just reschedule your appointment to our next available time spot.
